MACBETH

Presented by Second Age Theatre Company.

Ireland’s award winning classics company Second Age, is back with a production of one of Shakespeare’s greatest and bloodiest plays, The Tragedy of Macbeth.

Macbeth promises to be an arresting and heady take on one of the greatest tragedies of all time.

Fair is foul and foul is fair in the mind of this Macbeth from the fateful moment when he encounters Shakespeare’s Weird Sisters in this Second Age production which promises to marry muscular physicality with deep psychological exploration. Enter the mind of a dictator…

Directed by David Horan, whose Second Age production Dancing at Lughnasa was described by The Irish Times as ‘the best show in town’.

Join us for an evening of deception, madness, treachery and tragedy.
