What are the Everyman Box Office opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 12pm – 7.30pm (5pm non-performance days)

Sunday and Bank Holidays 4pm – 7.30pm (Performance days only)

Please note telephone & online bookings are subject to a booking fee of €2.50 per ticket.

Is the Everyman Wheelchair accessible?

The theatre is wheelchair accessible with an adapted WC. There is one designated public parking space quite close to the front door. Please advise box office at time of booking if you have any access requirements.

Does The Everyman provide parking?

There is some street parking available in the vicinity of the Theatre and patrons of the Everyman can park in Q-Park Carroll’s Quay (across the Christy Ring Bridge) from 6pm to midnight for €2. Just present your ticket to our front of house staff and your parking ticket will be validated. For full details contact our box office 021 450 1673.

What payment methods do you accept?

Tickets can be purchased by cash and credit or debit card.

The credit and debit cards accepted for payments are Visa and MasterCard over the telephone, in person and online.

Do you offer discounts to Seniors and the Unwaged?

Discounted concession tickets are available for selected shows to to senior citizens (over 65s), full time students and the unwaged  for selected performances. Only one ticket per concession holder and appropriate proof of concession will be required when collecting tickets from the box office.

Are Discounted Student tickets available?

Student tickets are available to full-time students for many performances. Student tickets can only be purchased in person at the Theatre Box Office as a current form of full time Student ID must be presented for each ticket when buying.

Do you take School Bookings?

We can facilitate school groups for any of our evening shows and dedicated schools performances.

How do I make a Group Booking?

Special ticket discounts are available to groups of 10 or more for selected shows.

Can I reserve tickets for a show in The Everyman?

Tickets may be reserved for selected performances up to 48 hours before a show.  All reservations are cancelled if not paid and collected at the agreed date. For full details contact our box office 021 4501673.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?

Once purchased tickets can only be refunded in the event of a show being cancelled or a change of date and time.

Tickets can be exchanged, subject to availability, for another performance within the same run up to 24hrs before the original performance booked. Exchanges are subject to an €0.80 charge per ticket up to a maximum of €4.

Data Protection

Once you have booked tickets your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Everyman and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information please tell us at the time of booking. The Everyman will not pass your details to any third parties.

How do I receive my tickets?

If you have selected the post option, your tickets will be mailed to the address you have specified. The email you receive after you make payment contains all the information about your booking.

If for any reason you do not receive your tickets, please contact the our Box Office as soon as possible.

If you have selected to collect your tickets from the Box Office, please bring your email confirmation with you

Does the Everyman sell Vouchers?

Vouchers can be purchased in person at our Box office, by phoning 021 4501673or online here: https://everymancork.ticketsolve.com/products/regular

Vouchers can be used for any show here at The Everyman Palace and do not have an expiry date

How do I apply to become an Everyman Volunteer?

What are The Everyman’s Terms & Conditions

– Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase

– Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the management.

– The use of photographic and recording equipment is not permitted

– Mobile phones must be switched off

– Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice

– Management reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice.  In this event tickets may be exchanged or refunded to the face value only from the original point of sale.

– If a performance goes ahead, the management accepts no responsibility for tickets unable to be used.

– Patrons considered to be disruptive or causing distraction to other audience members during a performance will be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be given.

– Management reserves the right to refuse admission

– Patrons enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.

– Any attempt to alter or modify this ticket invalidates it.

PROTOCOL

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.

The use of cameras, video cameras and tape recorders are not permitted in the auditorium.

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off before entering the auditorium.

Please arrive early. Latecomers will not be permitted into the auditorium. If collecting or purchasing tickets from box office we advise you arrive at least 15 minutes before the show.
